1 MILLION CUPS

Join us each month to enjoy coffee and connect with local entrepreneurs

WHEN: THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH, 9AM-10AM

WHERE: MEETING VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM OR AT THE HOTEL CONCORD

1 Million Cups Central New Hampshire is an entrepreneur-focused event developed by the Kauffman Foundation and brought to Concord by Making Matters NH dba Concord Makerspace. The idea is that communities around the country will share 1 million cups of coffee while developing their entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Entrepreneurs and small businesses often feel isolated from each other and their communities. 1 Million Cups is about creating these connections. The goal is to develop a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem by connecting entrepreneurs to each other and their local communities so they can receive support, develop their ideas, and collaboratively solve the challenging problems they face.

1 Million Cups not only serves current entrepreneurs but also provides a place where future entrepreneurs and innovators can learn and cultivate their own ideas. It will help to create a region where entrepreneurs want to live, innovate, start & grow their businesses. 1 Million Cups is about creating a community where innovation can thrive.

Each month, two entrepreneurs will present for six minutes, followed by 15-20 minutes of questions from the audience. 1 Million Cups events are inclusive; everyone is welcome regardless of their background or experience. The more community involvement and the greater the diversity of ideas and perspectives that we have, the more successful we’ll be in making Central New Hampshire a hub of entrepreneurship and innovation.
