This is great for any knife and has a special holder (table) for small knives like pocket knives. It takes more patience to use and others, but is incredibly flexible and can sharpen any angle. Youtube Video
Ken Onion Edition Knife & Tool Sharpener Mk.2™ #
This is a beast and can make even the dullest blades sharp again. It is more aggressive than any of the other sharpening systems but we’ve turned serrated blades into plain edge blades. Also great for scissors. SAFETY GLASSES REQUIRED!
